Business and Occupation (B&O) tax is collected either quarterly or annually. The amount due is based on a businesses’ gross income less certain deductions for that period.

The City mails B&O tax forms before the end of each tax period for businesses to complete. For additional copies of tax forms or to amend a prior form, use the following links:
